Podrían mejorar
En mi opinión, como es tan grande el hotel y pocos los huespedes, se ha ido quedando anticuado en mobiliario, los baños, el mantenimiento de ventanales, etc. podrían ir renovando un ala del hotel y diferenciarla en costos o en servicios.

Todo el piso no tenia agua en la mañana no me pude bañar y no nos ofrecieron re ubicarnos para poder bañarme tenia citas y ya no me pude quedar.

Mala experiencia
Mala experiencia, pensé que sería una estancia mejor por el costo.
El hotel tiene áreas bonitas pero su personal muy descortés la habitación con equipo muy viejo y sus instalaciones dañadas,
El clima no funciona, la regadera en mal estado, las llaves del lavabo muy desgastadas y con sarro, la TV se apaga cada 30 minutos, las camas incómodas y hay muchos mosquitos.

El hotel es precioso, cálido, grande, cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, buena vista, tiene todos los servicios, sólo hay que pedirlos o usarlos, las personas muy educadas y amables al atender, el desayuno bufete bueno, y el traslado a otros poblados es de 30 a 45 mins., supero nuestras expectativas y claro que regresaremos cuanto se pueda.

Hotel comodo y de buen precio por la ubicación.
El lugar estaría de 10 a no ser por la cantidad de mosquitos que me asecharon al estar en la alberca... que esta a su vez tenia el agua heladisima!!
Podria mejorar mi puntiación hacia el lugar si se relizaran ciertas mejoras en el establecimiento, así como mejoraran la atención por parte de la gente que trabaja ahi.

El mejor hotel de Lagos de Moreno
Hermoso hotel, instalaciones amplias y bien cuidadas. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas, cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios para tener una muy agradable estancia. Los empleados siempre son muy amables. Lo único malo es que no cuentan con elevador y cuando llevas varias maletas es muy pesado tener que subirlas.

El mejor Hotel de Lagos de Moreno
El hotel es muy bonito, es amplio en sus pasillos y habitaciones. Se respira una gran tranquilidad y sabes que llegaste al lugar ideal para descansar. Las habitaciones estan siempre limpias y cuentan con todos los servicios al 100%. El único inconveniente son las escaleras ya que no cuentan con elevador o servicio de rampa y cuando llevas varias maletas es bastante pesado subir.
Definitivamente mi lugar favorito en Lagos de Moreno!
