Propriedade de frente para o mar, nadando a partir dela par esquerda terá a Playa Lagun e para direita Playa Jeremi, as duas a mais ou menos 1 km de distância, mas com pé de pato é bem tranquilo, da pra apreciar bem a beleza marinha. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com tudo, cooler, churrasqueira e tudo mais que vc precisar e até várias coisas extras.
