Brought my husband's parents for their first trip to Hawaii and they loved it. Loved the conveniences and ease of everything from towels, shop, pool, etc. Front desk staff and both gentlemen working the towel station were great!

Very friendly staff, perfectly manicured gardens, the best resort pool in the area challenged only by the nearby Westin, clean rooms with a full kitchen available, and right across the street from a major grocery store and pharmacy. They also gave me a complimentary late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until late at night. This is the best overall resort in the area for Maui. I wish everyone cared as much about their resorts as this one!

The place is next to beach, and very clean! Staffs are friendly! Their restaurant has ocean views and the price is reasonable and foods are delicious! The swimming pool is heated and located between the restaurant and the beach! Our room had partial ocean view. I love it! Definitely will come back!

Fantastic location and great to have a condo with kitchen and washer and dryer. We were in the garden view and our daughter had ocean view condo. I feel like I preferred the garden view, it was really nice view, the ocean view was distant. Would recommend staying here!

I loved Kaanapali Shores, it has a beautiful pool area, direct access to the beach, and every room has a beautiful balcony view. The resort is also directly across the street from a grocery store which is super convenient. I would for sure stay here again!
