"Room hygiene was very very poor, there were already purple shampoo marks from the previous user at the corner of the bath tub, hairs remained on the bathroom wall tiles. Bed sheets and pillows had so much dust. Carpet looked very old and worn and dirty, didn’t feel confident taking our shoes off.
