The room was good but very noisy in the night due to work going on in the basement. The pipes run through the room from basement. Fire alarm woke me up early am. Staff very friendly specially house keeping. Need to streamline check in and check out needs efficiency.

Great oasis in the fantastic city of Lahore. Location is perfect for those wishing to stay within a short distance of Lahore's busy shopping centres. Valet parking is a boon. Access to major roads is easy making it an ideal base to explore Lahore from.

Lovely hotel, good location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Worth upgrading to bigger rooms as they are very spacious, we liked the fact that the tv is a smart tv we can watch netflix etc. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is good. We enjoyed the pool on the rooftop the guy there is very nice, also gym facilities are good. We ordered room service and found overall food was good. AC was very good in the room.

Wonderful !

One of the best in Lahore so far. The breakfast is exceptional and the eoom service was good The room size is spacious with ironing board and iron. The pool is no big deal for me. The only setback is the towel which is supposedly to be white is not as white as cotton, they are a bit seasoned and it should not be used by any hotel guests.

4 nights in Lahore for Champions Trophy

The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t enjoy the room service menu, is a personal thing though as it’s 24 hours availability and i also am a very picky eater. Breakfast was good I thought with great wait staff and a friendly host. If i ever came back to Lahore, would be hard to choose between here and the OBAN. Both fantastic hotels, for pure luxury though i would choose here if price wasn’t an issue.

The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. He waved his hands to send me away because there was one other person at the counter. I was simply waiting my turn. If I wasn’t in need of the hotel rooms I would have walked out and never returned.

rooms are very large and confortable, considering Lahore has very hotel areas, this hotel is one of the best available options. I liked the rooms but I particularly did not like the area where hotel is located, the food in breakfast can be improved toa. more international taste.
