First, I don’t understand why Hilton is used in this name as this is NOT a Hilton property. I never got a key to my room. I always had to request room to be opened for me. Pressure or hot water. It was was shady. The workers tried hard but honestly fell short.one morning I asked for toast, jelly and tea. I got toast and tea. I’m like where’s the jelly? Response - we never got it. So, you brought me bread and tea. Nothing else…just toasted bread!!! Everyone was always looking to get something- all I wanted was a clean room with hot water and no bugs.
