Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Most rooms are in basement, mildew smell, window view are inside basement. Desk staff has no idea how to greet customer or represent property. Bathroom not in good condition, wire exposed. Door key wast not provided, had to ask for door key.
