“Great location for what we needed. Clean and friendly. Would recommend”

“My husband arrived here and they couldn’t stay because it was terrible. He had to rebook at another place and now we are waiting for a refund through Expedia. A window was taped up with gaff. There was no parking onsite. There was rotted timber under the window.”

“The hotel is central and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. It's also very close to the Esplanade which was lovely for an evening (or morning) stroll. Also nearby is the tourist information center. I had an enjoyable stay. ”

“Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. No handy brekky places near motel so if you miss booking brekky by 11pm night before, there are no walkable options for brekky next morning. Was a...

“check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways.”
