Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the towel and the lose screw on the lock. I was training a new housekeeper ( not using it as an excuse) and I should have caught it. In terms of the rundown comment, let me respectfully disagree. The room was renovated in 2021. We need some work on the parking lot which is in progress. As for the highway noise, we are limited on our options. Thank you for the positive comments about the staff and the bed etc.

As for the comment about the run down appearance, let me respectfully disagree. We do need some work on the parking lot which is in progress.

Hi Robin, Sorry to hear about your room not being up to your standards. We do have a monthly pest control contract with Orkin, and that is usually sufficient to control bugs, but it is possible that someone prior to your stay had introduced them to that room. Please let management know the next time your stay is not perfect so they can move you to another room.Cordially,Management
