I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and this was by far my worst experience. My room was not clean—there was hair in the bathtub, on the floor, and on the vanity, and it clearly had not been swept. I like this hotel but the room was not the one we chose online but a handicap until instead. Some rooms should not be pet friendly, some people have pet allergies and even don't like the smell that you can't get rid of. Otherwise, everything else was good.
