Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is amazing, right in the center within walking distance to almost everything. Very good room size and modern bathroom. Loved their breakfast!

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We stayed for 3 nights at CastaDiva in September 2015. We have been to Lake Como a few times prior this visit but the hotel and facilities were remarkable. Seriously the pictures on the website do not do show you enough. my husband and I were actually shocked at how horrible their marketing ability is on the website when stepping foot on site. We booked a balcony room overlooking the Lake and WOW! We had the most romantic and unforgettable stay. The staff is so kind and generous, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Como area.

For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront.
