The other main sauna and hammam areas probably need a refurbishment. They seem either too hot so cant stay in them long or not hot enough and there are no benches just individual seats in a circular way which means you are facing other people and cant lay down. "The location was great. What I didn't realize was I could not park at the hotel. You have to park outside the Sirmione castle area and catch a ride to the hotel. That was a process. It added about 30 minutes to my trip. Luckily, everyone spoke English and was very helpful or else we may have missed our check in time."

Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up!
