“Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel.”

“Totally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!”

The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown.
Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)”

Nur hätte ich mir ein paar mehr Infos gewünscht über die Wellnessangebote, die Kosten, die Benutzung des Fitnessraums usw., vielleicht in Form einer Mappe im Zimmer o.ä. ”
“Wonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! ”
“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
