"Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples.
Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there."

"We were warmly greeted by the Chateau staff who were extremely pleasant and courteous. The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! The grounds were well manicured and blooming beautifully at this time of the year. I highly recommend a romantic weekend getaway for two using the spa facilities if ever in the area! "
