"The property was great! The on site manager was super helpful and friendly. The issue was we booked three nights, but they made us move to an almost identical property in another building for the third night. Very, very inconvenient! I would not return unless I was guaranteed that would not happen again. We had to worry about our perishables and pack everything up to move to another building."

"Hello, 4th street lofts. My girlfriend and I were visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area in California to visit family. We stayed in downtown Minneapolis and then drove to Bemidji. The 3.5 hour drive was beautiful and a little scary considering how conservative the signs on the road were. Us being from a place with a lot of queer/lgbtq people and rights it was somewhat nerve-wracking to drive through a place that didn't feel welcoming, so when we arrived in Bemidji we were relived to see some rainbow flags and other queer people. We got into our hotel room and breathed sighs of relief! The room was beautiful, comfortable and a great use of space! The bed was cozy and we loved the brick wall. The game room was a wonderful surprise and if we had stayed a little longer we would have put it to good use. Loved the industrial modern decorations like the lights and pipe toilet paper holder. Thanks for the warm and cozy place to stay."

"The night audited needs more training on how to properly check in a guest who made a third party reservation he did not properly check this patron who checked in on Wednesday and had the guest checked out on Friday and the guest was supposed to stay threw check out time on Sunday and the staff could not find where the guest was even checked in for their stay Caylyn was very helpful courtiers and very apologetic she contacted her general manager for assistance she should be recognized and should receive a Bonis it is people like this that should receive a promotion I would love to have her on my team if I was the General Manager. Thanks again Caylyn for your assistance."
