"Check-in was a painless and easy experience. We inquired about upgrades and were able to do so for a discounted rate - and desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Even when we had to call after our stay to get an itemized room receipt, we had very friendly and professional staff on the phone. Room was clean and spacious and updated with a great view of the pool. Location of the hotel on the strip is also great. The only negative is that it was a little walk back through the building from the strip to our room, but this also was great to get away from noise and lights and have a peaceful stay. Would stay here again!"
