He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. โThe room was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. They were very helpful with the elevators when there was an issue with it. The location is awesome as we were attending the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show. โ
โI could smell smoke from the restroom all night long but they said thereโs nothing they can do with it. One lady I met in the morning was kind but the front lady was not. Also the hotel is quite different from the picture from homepage and there were no water bottles in bending machine.โ
