The hosts were incredible. We felt right at home during our short stay and the rooms were spotless. We were very close to a number of hiking trails in the Adirondacks. We will be visiting again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the area for UCI Downhill World Cup mountain bike races. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and Buck and Clea were excellent hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests as well. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We’d love to come back.

Me and my wife had an amazing time there! Buck and his wife were awesome and gave us great suggestions on activities to check out. The location was awesome between the amenities and just being able to relax made it worth it. Fantastic! Drove 10hrs North to vacation in the Adirondacks. Spent the week at Whiteface Farm and have never had a better experience ANYWHERE. Buck and Clea are not only first class hosts, they are genuinely good people. If you are traveling to the area and stay any other place, you are passing up an opportunity to experience honest, old fashioned hospitality.

The owners Buck and Clea are amazing hosts. Their breakfast every morning is truly a treat!!! Whiteface skiing is only 5 min away with a car, and Lake Placid 9 miles. The roads are always cleaned after snowfall.

Buck & Clea We love your B&B, it’s one of our favorite, for sure. And we loved the way you take care of us, with all the extra treats ( even today in the lunch bag) and the delicious breakfast. This was my first time staying here, and I would definitely stay here again! It was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious! Buck and Cleo were very friendly, as were the other guests who I met during my stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Booked a room with a private bathroom. Close to both Lake Placid and Saranac Lake.

This is a farmhouse with many years on it. It is convenient for outdoor enthusiasts to hike, bike, canoe, ski. An exceptional location for all of these. The house is comfortable, but guests need to realize it is a farmhouse once used as a farm. We enjoyed the hospitality and the accomodations.
