The power went out and their fire alarm kicked in at 10 pm , they woke up people and sent all out of the hotel , after that they say it’s not their fault :/!

Best location in S. Lake Tahoe

Great location! You are right near the Gondola at Heavenly Village which is where all the shops/restaurants are located. A short distance to walk to the casinos. Valet parking was annoying because it is a hassle to have to wait for your car if you want to go further than the walkable neighborhood. They were always busy. Elevators were very busy so there was usually a wait involved. Check in was not explained clearly, but we were directed to the correct location. It was a very nice condo overall.

Prime location for ski at Heavenly. Save us a lot of driving and parking time. But of course you have to pay more for the location. Room size is decent and condition is above average. Room is clean and pretty quiet.
