"We had no water pressure at all. Just a dribble. Had to get right out so no morning showers c. We were hurrying to leave so no time to call front desk to have someone look at it. Also, Crowne should take advantage of Orlando Storm football games and run the shuttle at the end of game. We had to leave at halftime to catch the last one. Otherwise, all was goid"

"Enjoyed my stay for two nights. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to KIA Center and Florida Mall. The issues I had was there is no microwave in room. I also asked the room attendants for more towels but didn't receive them. I think if you stay for a few nights, you should have more than one towel per person. I really don't like reusing towels. The area around the hotel is very quaint. Cute houses and brick streets. Beautiful homes and lots of parks. If I am to return to this area, I will definitely stay here again."

"It is a great solid hotel for the price"

"First, for the pros - the hotel and the room was really clean.The staff/valet was pretty nice upon check-in and they even let us check in early so that was a huge plus for us. The hotel also had a gym, pool and laundry machines you can use. I personally only used the gym, which was clean and had a variety of equipment (bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights). They also had a water bottle station there so you could refill your water bottle, which was a nice touch. In the 1st floor, they had a convenience store section with food and items you could self check out which came to a pretty good use. Now, the cons- I really didn't like the valet parking (with surcharge). I had previously been researching before I booked the hotel, which hotel had valet, overnight charges, self parking and even compared a few before actually booking. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was because it mentioned in expedia that it had self park/on site parking. I even checked other sites to make sure, so I was pretty annoyed to find out once I got there, that i needed to pay $35 a night (not counting tip). This was something I wished was written on every website consistently, since i didn't count it as an expense when I budgetted. Another thing was the hours for the gym (8am-10pm). They first said the gym opened at 7am, but then I got an email saying it opened at 8am. I prefer to go really early (like 5am) which is a personal preference, but it leaves me with more time for other stuff. "

"Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements."

"Property was dirty and musty. Very run down building and small. Carpeting was stained everywhere and there was an odor throughout building. Bathroom had rust and sharp areas on trim, not safe for children. Holes in the wall and other damages to the room. Window A/C unit. Very musty. Loud with traffic. There was airplanes and loud motorcycles and cars driving by all night. Even a car accident. Breakfast was just some granola bars set out in the foyer. We will not be staying here again I will not recommend this. I am shocked at how this place is in business . Wow !"
