"We enjoyed the stay"

"Hotel is older but it seems well maintained. Lobby and cafeteria is kept super clean. They moped and cleaned everyday we were there. We stayed 7 nights. Staff was super nice and very friendly. They looked well organized and and had team meetings in the mornings getting ready to start their rounds. I was impressed with their leader. She did a great job."

"Television was problematic but that's not a deal breaker"

"Plenty of parking, breakfast was a bit below par. Tub fixtures had hard water stains, floors could have used a good mopping, comfortable beds"

"The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned."

"Air conditioning was the best thing in room.. bathroom was dirty tub was dirty toilet was dirty.. sheets had brown stain funny smell in room… roaches everywhere crawling on wall headboard even when sleeping roaches in bed. So I just woke up and left room"

"If you’re thinking about staying in Lakeland, stay here! It’s close to everything, just a few miles to Joker Merchant Stadium, and Cheddar restaurant is in the same parking lot, it is delicious. We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints/problems. The hotel is so clean, smells so fresh, rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and clean, staff were all nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious-not your normal free hotel breakfast. The pool and workout areas were also very nice. The best part is that when you are in your room it feels like you’re the only ones in the hotel. It’s so quiet. We were close to the elevator, we never heard it, never heard room doors shutting, other toilets flushing, people talking, nothing. We will be back next Spring for Tigers baseball. "

"Not much to complain about. Great location, with easy access off the interstate. Room was quite spacious and well appointed. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again when in the area."
