"Staff was very friendly. But the room we had wasn’t very clean. There was white stains on the couch and the fire sprinklers had black cobwebs that where very gross and almost looked like black mold and super rusted out. The bed was very warn out and not comfortable at all. We both had a very horrible sleep after what was supposed to be a romantic night away for a birthday. The lobby was very nice and moderate the room definitely could use some upgrades. Valet guys where very nice and had our vehicle to us in less than 5 minutes at check out. "

"Busy area with stuff for everyone. Hotel wasnt mind blowing but it was clean staff was friendly and had a pizza hut/baskin robins open until 2am in the lobby "

"Yes I enjoy my 25 massage at the spa . The kitchenette and bathroom could use some minor improvements. The mini fridge was too small for space, wiggled badly when you open the door. The fridge froze most of our food. I find this is every hotel, not enough towel, hand towels and facecloths. . "

"The room was very nice and recently renovated. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Our AC and heater were very loud (70 decibels) so when we got to our room at 11pm and realized it we decided it was too late to deal with it. We turned the heat off but woke up at 5am because it got too cold. Water pressure was also not the best. I’d take a gamble and stay there again for the view and the boutique vibes of the hotel. "

"Floor planking was loose from Reno’s but the bed very comfortable. Overall a nice room. Could have had a table with two chairs to sit at for breakfast. Hot tub was closed as it was too high in chemicals, however, learned about sauna and steam room in the club that I didn’t know about and it was lovely. A good hotel and close to our activities. And a very nice gesture of wine and chocolate covered strawberries as a return guest. 4 out of 5"
