"The room had a beautiful view of the lake. Sitting of the porch and warming up by the fireplace when you come in was wonderful. Thebed and pillows were comfortable. The shower and bathroom were nice. We would return for another stay"

"Room was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Room was small and beds were small (full-size vs. queen). Convenient location and reasonably priced. Will stay again hopefully during season that we will be able to utilize the beach."

"Lovely 1 night stay. Our 3rd visit to Cold Spring Resort. Onsite playground for our toddler, warm swimming pool, and a hot tub that is actually hot. Apartments have an older vibe but they are clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful view of the golf course from the “R” apartments. Friendly staff who are flexible with check out time. Would def stay again."

"My boyfriend is a total hotel snob from being a business traveler for years. I was so happy he actually agreed to stay here after seeing how high the ratings were on the property. Well he wasn’t disappointed and we loved our stay. The inn owners Karen and Kevin were very personable and friendly. The breakfast was great, eggs Benedict one day, quiche, homemade granola, ext. The inn itself is just lovely with a great fireplace that we sat at after we came back from dinner with some other guests. Outside there was a separate fire area by the pool that looked amazing but it was a little too cold to go outside when we visited. Our room had a sound machine which I sleep with every night so I appreciated that. There was also a little heater to warm up the room which was great. All in all it just made for a great getaway! 😊"

"Cathy and I cannot say enough great things about this Bed & Breakfast. On our 7 day trip through MA, VT, NH, this place was by far our favorite ❤️! The house is very convenient to town and easy to park and just leave your car for the rest of your stay. We walked to everything. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer! Beautiful room, amazing bathroom, great tile work! We used the living room with fireplace (very toasty) and the breakfast with blueberry pancakes was amazing! We can’t wait to go back! Amy is most hospitable 😀 K"

"Enjoyed a stay here with my whole family and would stay again. Comfortable accommodations and great location. Lake view very nice. We didn’t utilize fire pit but it’s in a great spot. Great firm mattress. Basic kitchen. Little rough around the edges as an old school New England lake cabin."
