"Second time of visiting. Lovely place and always lovely staff. Room is beautiful but cleaning standards could be better. Thick dust on the top of the shower and glass shelves. The bath has a dirty rim where the overflow is. The skirtings have a lot of dust. We love this place and would stay again but think they need to address the cleaning."

"Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling.
