"I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. Also, the pop welcomed us very warmly in the lobby when we arrived. It moved our luggage safely, and we met again when we accidentally asked for a buggy to go to the Olive Restaurant. It felt great to remember us at this time. And when we left, they watched us through the whole process while waiting for the taxi in the lobby after checking-out and even accompanied us with a safe ride in the taxi. Everything about Jw marriott was great, but especially thanks to the smile of all the staff, the comfortable wrap and decap, and especially the more memorable pop, I'm heading home with a good impression of Thailand. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
