Very clean hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and even had brownies available for the guests. The room was clean and comfortable. A welcoming hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying sometime.

We couldn’t get a room in Pittsburg and stumbled across this gem. Extremely clean, newly remodeled, very quiet and right off the road. The staff was so kind and friendly. The rooms have working space and amazing showers. There are stairs and no elevator but they’re not extremely steep.

Check-in took a while as the motels credit card reader would not communicate with the PC at the check in desk. Room was clean, bathroom clean but quite small and complimentary was ok but not great as other views have indicated.

No ice machine on the second level. You will have to walk half down the hallway of the first level to get any ice. No WiFi. Morning coffee is ok, breakfast is mediocre at best. Property is dated. Mostly fresh paint over old finish work and fence around pool. Property is next to an overpass on the interstate. Very noisy. Their rates fluctuate by season and demand. I would only stay here if the rate is cheap enough to sacrifice lack of adequate amenities. There are better properties within 25 miles. 2-3 times per year we check their price and end up staying in Pittsburg Kansas.

We got upgraded to a suite as the A/C in our first room needed work and I needed a room on the bottom floor. The suite was large and very clean. There was no dresser to put your clothes in, though there was a kitchenette with drawers so I guess you could put clothes there. There was also not a rod with hangers, which was strange, just 4 hooks like for jackets. The A/C was tricky. I set it to 67 degrees and it worked, but there was no option for a continuous fan (I like the white noise to sleep by) so we ended up buying a fan at Walmart. Also, I set the fan to OFF, but it ran anyway. The bathroom was large with a bathtub/shower combination. The tub was equipped with water jets, but I never used those. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good; eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy, There was cereal, fresh fruit, and waffles you could make, along with coffee, tea, and decaf coffee.

Very clean. Comfortable beds, very soft sheets, large TV. Ask for a room far away from the stairs as the it is loud downstairs during the complementary breakfast.
