"5 stars for everything except the bathroom. The lighting is HORRIBLE. There is no regular shower head. The default shower head is a rainfall shower head. You have to reach through the water to adjust the temp/turn on and off so it is impossible not to get your hair wet. If you want to use the handheld attachment instead, the water sprays through a gap in the shower door and water covers the bathroom floor. It's an extremely poor design."

"We arrived during renovation and our room was not ready until 9:00pm a bummer especially when we had plans for dinner so we were unable to change our “airport” clothes and ended up changing our dinner venue BUT the staff was amazing and accommodating… Penny and her night crew were very friendly and Lance was on it when the tv wasn’t working we will be back because of their professionalism and courtesy"

"First and foremost, this was the BEST hotel I have EVER STAYED IN!! With the exception of the Brown Palace here are the positives >Absolutely CLEAN- everywhere! >Breakfast- so darn good everyday! >Kitchen Staff- accommodating! >Front staff-ALWAYS kind and helpful! >Cleaning staff very detailed oriented! Room: >SUPER clean!! > King Suite w/pull out bed + mini kitchen: mini 2-burner stove, pans, utensils, can opener, hot pads, full table settings, drinking glasses, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, soap + paper towels. >Beds very comfortable! >Linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom: >Shower only but you could fit 3 ppl. > Very clean! >Best part TWO T.V.’s AMAZING our son could watch in his area + we could watch something else. >The room had a division as well so our room area was sectioned off. Swimming pool/hot tub >Clean >Pool warm >Hot tub very warm >Plenty of towels @ all times Weight room >Clean equipment, all working + up-to date >T.V.’s throughout Washing machine + Dryers all but one dryer was working + appropriately priced, worked very well! NEGATIVES: The only negative that I can even think of was parking. Cost was $60 per night when across the street it was $36. Next time we’ll park across the street! Great job management we will absolutely stay again!!! "

"By far the worst hotel stay I have had in my life. The hotel does not even rate one star. Every day, the toilet backed up and needed to be plunged or snaked. I had to plunge it myself several times, but drew the line at snaking the toilet myself, which they did ask me to do. The breakfast was sparse on day one and went downhill from there. No protein option. No decaf coffee. There were three kinds of dry cereal, bread and a few mini muffins. No fruit either. Coffee was not available throughout the day. There was a coffee maker in our room, but no coffee for it, despite repeated requests. There was a water dispenser in the lobby, but over a four day visit. I found it actually had water in it only one time. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, and the showerhead itself was nasty. The paint is chipping off the walls in many places, and the floor in my room was sticky. fitness center: no sanitation wipes/towels and the equipment was very sticky. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going in the hallways, in the rooms adjacent and outside. There was no stopper in the sink in the bathroom… Fortunately, no jewelry fell down there. There was a tissue holder in the bathroom, but no tissues. There was a desk, but no paper or pen. Basically nothing provided other than a bed, one towel for each person, one hand towel & washcloth. I’ve apologized to my wife countless times for making this reservation. Expedia, you should be embarrassed to have recommended this hotel."
