Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection
Called front desk several times and no answer. HVAC was pretty bad. Called about this and we tried to tweak it so it was more comfortable but we gave up. Room seemed older and not very clean when we first arrived. Will probably stay at a newer hotel next time.

The rooms are recently remodeled so up to date and clean. However, both our room and our son’s had an issue with the shade.
