Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale

"Recently stayed overnight with family members after a lunch and show. I like that the hotel is conveniently located near most attractions and many restaurants and the outlet. The staff and housekeeping are friendly and accommodating, greet you with a smile. The breakfast is delicious. I like that they don’t start cleaning up and putting away the breakfast items at the exact time they say it will end; they give latecomers a chance to get a hot breakfast or something on the go. My room had a lot of space, but dead space with nothing in it. Could have used a small table and maybe 2 chairs to be able to sit or place extra belongings. The shower head needs to be replaced. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. We spent two nights in a 2 room suite, rented a cabana and spent time by the pool. It wasn't overly crowded, the room was a good size and the pools were nice. One was very cold and one was warmer. Our cabana was a good size, though the TV wasn't working and the stand just shrugged their shoulders, there was no table to eat there in the cabana and the food options were quite limited from splashers food truck. Be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty at all which was insane to me at a family resort where one pool does have a 9 foot section. The food there was pretty tasteless. We had dinner one night at bistro amd the drinks and good were pretty awful. We had breakfast at Arthur's which was also mediocre."

"The outside pool was very nice and had a great playground for kids right outside of pool area. The indoor pool however was not well maintained and not user friendly. There were chunks of concrete missing out of the side of pool. The entrance to the pool was small and on a little shelf. There were no steps to step off the platform into the pool area. The floor was very slippery and multiple children fell simply walking around. The rooms were not the cleanest either"
