The room was clean. They offered free dinner ,free drink and free breakfast if you arrived to check in before 5pm. Check in is at 4pm. Only problem was that cigarette smoke gives me a headache and stomach ache. Even though there was no smoking some people were smoking on the stairs and smoke went into my room. I had my window open for fresh air and ended up with cigarette smoke nasty. Staff was nice.

This is my 3rd stay at this property. All of the employees at this hotel are always help, friendly, and efficient. As an example of just one employee: Quentin, who cooks the INCLUDED breakfasts is amazing - he's fast, remembers people's orders if they come for breakfast for more than one day, and he's always pleasant. I heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable stay in the Lancaster area.

My room faced HWY 14 and the traffic noise woke me up many times. The room is very small, the smallest room I have ever had On the plus side, they gave me a voucher for a free drink, and free breakfast.

The front desk clerk named Stormy is incredibly polite and helpful. The morning cook, Raymond, is pleasant in his demeanor and is a great cook. My breakfasts at Oxnard have never disappointed me. These two deserve a raise.
