“I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. ”

“We had a brilliant stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and although lots going on plenty of places to sit. We did have use of the pool and spa area which was o.k could do with updating a bit. And maybe a bit warmer. Room was clean and plenty big enough although bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a rough night sleep on a hard mattress which seemed to be wrapped tightly in a quilt. Would definitely return ...if we knew the mattresses were...

“Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.”

“기차 연착으로 자정이 넘어 도착. 피곤에 쩐 상태라 역 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔이 정말 반가웠음. 대도시처럼 어수선한 동네는 아니지만, 대로변이고 방음이 잘 안되어서 아침에 차 지나다니는 소리에 깸. 로비 공사 중이라 리셉션 데스크 운영도 복잡했지만 스탭들이 대체로 친절해서 편히 지냄. 이용한 방은 몹시 넓었고 오래된 호텔이라 시설은 딱히 언급할건 없음. 조식도 맛나고 - 깔아둔 것만 먹는게 아니라 메뉴 추가 주문 - 1층 바의 생맥주 셀렉션이 괜춘함. ”

“ Needs more hooks in the bathroom. Few of us walked into wood edges of the sofa in reception and knocked our shins. (Painful) TV in room 31 kept coming on and waking us up. Very dificult to turn off. ”

“Very big room, perfectly comfortable and bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was excellent. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful). “1박이였지만 직원분들 매우 친절했고 , 위치도 역에서 걸어서 10분거리 , 바로 옆에 쇼핑센터 있는 중심가 라서 다니기 편했습니다~ 객실도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 만족했네요”

Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . ”

“Safe and quiet area with pleasant views. Ceri the lady who checked is in was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The ladies in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as was the chef. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and plenty of it. We are more than happy to return again. ”
