"Bonjour Le séjour a été une catastrophe. Aucun personnel sur place en cas de problème. Les clients étaient seuls. Le check-in a été fait très rapidement (remise des clés seulement et même pas d'accompagnement en chambre). Faux contact sur l'interrupteur, les clients ont eu peur d'un incendie pendant la nuit. Pas de chauffage, il faisait très froid et pas de couette mise en évidence. Nous ne séjournerons plus dans cet hotel, établissement très décevant et standing très bas de gamme."

" Wonderful experience! Spacious room, there were 3 rooms within an apartment being used like a hotel for rental. This seems common in area as the apartment next door was also owned and rented out. We met one very family in hallway. A lovely couple stayed in the room or shared space. We had a accessible little fridge with drinks and counter with some snacks. This was wonderful as we appreciated the water especially during this summer heat. The owners allowed us to enter earlier which we needed as we were exhausted. "

"As soon as we walked in the hotel has a beautiful scent which i should of asked what it was, i would live my home to have that same scent. The hotel was clean, comfortable rooms and walking distance to everything! I absolutely loved this hotel and will stay here again. "

Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan

Comfortable stay

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip. Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
