We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal and there were also other places very close by. From the hotel, we were able to hike around the area, including a trek up to the Andechs brewery, through a beautiful, wooden area and over to the lake. We loved the hotel and the town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal and there were also other places very close by. This beautiful hotel is located in the small town of Eresing. It's about a 45 minute drive from central Munich, and 30 minutes to the Ammersee town of Herrsching. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious, even by US standards! Our second floor room had a great balcony that overlooked the main street. The room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly. Our only problem was no one told us about putting the room key into that thing by the door to turn on the electricity. We checked in after hours so I had to bother the maintenance guy at home, he was very nice about it though.
