One of the worst places ever been, only the location is good because is very close to the city centre, no coordination at all, service nearly nonexistent,reception a total disaster, forsuree this place is on my blacklist for the future!

Good team, good response,

Despite of a non working Aircon and a toilet flush which broke, I give this hotel good rating. The staff is very reactive and keen to resolve issues. They have done so in our case. The location is very good and a good team is important.

Breakfast was amazing and the location unbeatable but the hotel is a bit shabby and has no a.c. making it a bit difficult to sleep at first but it seems little to no a.c. is the norm in this area of Germany so its not a big deal, just be aware of this. Front desk can use some basic customer service training and English. I was locked out and threatened to have the police arrest me for owing the hotel money when my reservation had already been paid for. The manager and Expedia had to be called and thankfully the situation got sorted out. Apparently their system was down. Still, the front desk lady was rude and made no effort to understand even when I showed her my receipt with my reservation paid for 2 more days.

This is the 7th time I have stayed at the Michel hotel. It is my favorite place to stay in Germany. Very nice staff, amazing breakfast, and the location can’t be beat. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Service was perfect, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a very busy time at the hotel but I was disappointed that our room was only cleaned and towels changed once during our 4 night stay but overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Needs some attention

Location to the centre is excellent. Hotel is tired. Room is basic (that’s ok) shower head is worn out and does not stay where put. It is ok but definitely the poorest of all the local hotels I have used in Landshut.

Nothing to recommend.

Rate is high even for a last minute booking since it is lacking on amenities, no fridge and coffee maker. Paid upon booking with Hotels.com and reception charged my husband again upon booking. Had to go through with reversing charges. Location is far from city center.

We arrived and checked in only to find our room was already occupied, office did not know this. Second room given was not prepped or fully house cleaned. But we had to stay for airport trip early next morning Managers did best they could to help, but house keeping side of operation is slipping

Think carefullyabout staying.

I'm torn about recommending this hotel. I actually am very laid back and let a lot of things go that others don't but not in this case. When checking in after a long day traveling I shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper because there is none. They only supply 2 hand towels and 2 so called bath towels. They have liquid soap combo of body soap and shampoo but no wash cloths to help with washing. Our toilet broke and we were moved to another room which was done in a timely fashion. However in our new room the bedding was totally different. Instead of warm cozy comforters we had very light weight ones that are to be used in the summer. We had reserved 2 rooms and the second room had different level of bedding too. There didn't seem to be any consistency in the bedding supplied. Pillows were terribly lumpy. Our 2nd room had a small refrigerator also not consistent and there was a list of what was in there and cost. Surprise! Nothing in there. There were a few things broken too. There is also no drawer space for our clothes. It was just a few shelves. The only good thing was their breakfast set up every morning. That and the view from the dining room was very good. We stayed there 14 days and paid alot of money. We chose to stay because I had someone with me with dementia and a move would have been terrible for her. I really feel that I was overcharged and very disappointed. The staff was very nice.

Unterkunft ist komplett abgewohnt. Wir haben erst im 6. Anlauf ein Uimmer bekommen. Das erste war ein Raucherzimmer, die anderen bereits durch andere Gäste belegt. Das Personal hat mit Zetteln gearbeitet und den Überblick verloren. An unserem 2. Tag ist jemand von Zimmer zu Zimmer gelaufen um zu schauen welche frei/belegt sind. Bei der angebenenen Klimaanlage handelt es sich um einen Ventilator. Das Zimmer ist komplett abgewohnt. Das Türschloss rausgebrochen, und das Bad dem alter entsprechend komplett verkalkt und abgewohnt. 1 von 2 Badlichtern hat nicht funktioniert. Dementsprechend düster. In unsere beiden Nachbarzimmer wurde eingebrochen oder vandaliert. Die Türen waren kaputt und mit Polizeistickern beklebt. Hat kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen.

Vorweg...die Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind aber modern aufgepeppt worden. Jedoch ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers noch verbesserungsfähig. Das Frühstück war umfangreich....alles da. Die Lage ist optimal, um zu Fuß die Innenstadt und auch die Burg Trausnitz zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren für zwei Tage in Landshut, also eine Übernachtung.
