"The rooms are way too dusty!"

"It was good but my room was on the side of the interstate so it was not quiet! Actually pretty loud!"

"There was a defective alarm clock in my room that started blaring at 5:30!! This area is not my time zone, so I had only been asleep 3 hours. It was unplugged from the wall, so no lit up numbers shown. I clumisly hit all the buttons and it stopped... only to go off in 10 min. Then I had to turn on all the lights, plug it in the wall to see the lit numbers only to find it would not let me turn it off. I had to remove the batteries by unscrewing the back. By now, there was NO WAY I could sleep again. I told the lady up front. -She did not apologize or show any empathy -She said her manager was not there -She denied any help with a refund since I paid to sleep in a hotel that I could not sleep! -The manager has not called me back -They "can't find" my name or reservation number -They won't refund because it was through Expedia Do not go to this terrible business."

"The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable."

"old property but great service very clean breakfast very good. excellent particularly considering price. no elevator so if stairs are an issue make sure you get ground room. best thing was staff. it was as good as chick filet which is high praise!"
