"The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! "Short Version: Yes, it was nice enough that I would stay there again. Long version: It's right in the middle of the alt section, so great location. The staff was very helpful, and accommodating. This is an old Swiss hotel, so it's dated, but has lots of charm, especially the common areas and the breakfast room. "
