“Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable, but pillows could be a little better. They were not very comfortable.”

“The room was dirty , towels were dirty . TV didn’t work . I would not have put food in the fridge nor made coffee in the coffee maker until I thoroughly cleaned it first . Also cleaned the shower /tub before using . Things need to be repaired. Wires hanging out of the plugins. We only stayed two out of our 3 booked and paid nights . Although we paid for cancellation insurance , no clue what that was for. Also paid for breakfasts but only got it the first morning. Often no one at the front desk...
