“We booked this property to have more space and a kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen had only the very basic elements-2 pots. 2 pans, no cookie sheet or anything oven related and absolutely zero cooking utensils. I requested that some be sent and no one ever got back. “quick stay at the hive room but it was perfect for what we needed! we walked to our concert at Franklin Music Hall and it felt safe! Easy entry upon arrival, everything was clean, bed comfortable. Day before we arrived, they reached out to see if we needed anything. Easy check out the next day and walked to Cafe Lift for an amazingly delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Philly!”

It was a great space, plenty of room and airy with high ceilings like that of a loft style apartment. “First thing, if you have back problems or are pregnant look elsewhere. The bed and the frame is shaky. I felt every spring in the mattress. Other than that the accommodations were good. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen area which was really convenient. Overall a pleasant stay. ”
