This property has a lot of space and is has good waterfront views , but the rooms need a lot of maintenance.the washrooms were very old and mold everywhere. They need to renovate the rooms completely.

My phone didn’t work in my room and I didn’t have a spare roll of toilet paper. The toilet near the pool needs to be repaired. But the pool is lovely and the bar service was excellent!!

The staff were courteous and the daily breakfast was great. The room could have been better and the solar hot water system didn’t work during the evening. Other hotel guests were often noisy outside our room and not really mindful or considerate in this regard

Aircon and water heater not working. Requested a room change but they claimed hotel was full. Yet bookings were available online. Hotel was clearly empty. Was offered a kettle in lieu of water heater. Facility was badly maintained. Booked 4 nights, checked out after 1 night. Unbearable.

We booked 2 loft rooms and found them to be bright, modern and clean. It was Ramadan during our visit so the restaurant and pool bar were closed, staff gave me an ice bucket and ice and we bought drinks locally for the pool, in the evening we ventured out to eat as the restaurant was being used for Ramadan buffets, that actually worked out well as we discovered more and more hidden gems each day. Breakfast was on the mezzanine level, 25 ringet and was OK, we mixed it between the hotel and 2 other cafes as some mornings fancied and english breakfast. Pool area was quiet, pool was not salt and was well positioned with a great view of the ocean. note there is no beach and the ocean cannot be accessed. Like many hotels i'm guessing the Bella Vista is still recovering from the impacts of covid, a lick of paint is required externally but general maint looked good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall good value for money, loved the location but you do have to hunt bars, cafes and restaurants down but they are within a 15min walk and are good quality.

ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで気分良くホテルライフを満喫できた。ホテル自体は決して新しくはないが、部屋や共有スペースはいつも清潔で、そして庭の草木は毎日世話をしていて手入れが行き届いていて気持ちが良い。ホテル周辺には食事処が多くあり、日々の買い物にも不自由なく過ごせる。徒歩圏内には週に2回、ナイトマーケットが開催されているので、現地の活気を味わいたいならば行くべき。このホテルは今回で2回目の滞在だが、次回も勿論、このホテルに滞在するつもりである。

the hotel is old and lack of maintenance. I booked 2 rooms, both rooms toilet is flood and in the mid night, the water pressure make the toilet have weird sound and disturbing our sleep quality. Not recommend if you stay long in this place.

We stayed at Bella Vista for 4 nights. The pool was lovely, breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel room was disappointing, very tired and old. Furniture needs replacing and toilets didn’t work properly. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures.

We booked a twin bed room but when we arrived at around 10pm the room was made up as a double. There is no safe in the room or at reception so we waited far too long for room service to change the bed as we didn’t want to leave all valuables while this was being done. This then unfortunately made us miss the fabulous local restaurant which closed at 11pm. We were really annoyed and had to eat at a rough place next door. Also the frontal picture of this hotel makes you think if you pay extra for a room facing the sea you will get a great view, NO YOU DONT! there are really high trees now hiding 80-90% of what could be a fabulous view. Breakfast is a shambles as many foods run out around an hour or more before shut down also cups, serviettes, coffee run out and staff disappear from their posts. The hotel smells of damp and is rather tatty, so don’t be fooled by the beautiful looking building and lush green grass.
