Stay away,better and cheaper closer to the beach

This is a brand new hotel, unfortunately who ever built it didn't know what they were doing. Upon arrival the hotel looks very impressive, however in the rooms, the doors don't fit, with large gaps all around, letting in traffic noise and also lots of bugs. Room was dirty and full of ants, the wash basin drained onto the floor, I assume a blocked pipe, and my 2 minute shower flooded the entire bathroom. When I checked out 2 hrs latter, the room was still flooded as no water had drained away.Also the doona provided did not have a cover on it. This must be so disappointing for the owners of this new hotel.

Good budget hotel. Good location...

Big comfortable room (great shower). Small pool (ideal for kids only). Road noise from passing traffic and fuzzy three tv channels but hey it's a clean, budget hotel! Cenang beach 20 minute walk...

korridore staendig verschmutzt (wurde nur auf Anfrage oberflaechlich gereinigt) stinkende uebervolle Abfallkuebel in der Korridoren. Rezepzion gab nur traege und langsam Auskuenfte. Beleuchtung in den Zimmern mangelhaft (zum Lesen brauchte man eine Taschenlampe). Lage: laute strasse fuehrt direkt am Hotel vorbei. Gesamturteil : mangelhaft, nicht empfehlenswert.

Facilities not so enough.

Hotel overall still ok, swimming pool very small and dirty.No breakfast provide, I remember when I book on site is include breakfast, but when I reach it say no breakfast. Sound insulation not good.

It is located in the middle of no where. Difficult to find food for meals. Bathroom door handle & latch are rusty. So is the towel rack. Bathroom is also very tiny. Very noisy too as it is located at the road side.

Please dont book this hotel

I actually didnt end up staying in this hotel because I just couldnt stand it. The hotel didnt accept card and had no lift for us to get to our room on the first floor. The rooms all face the road which is fine except that there's a huge gap around the doors so there were a lot of bugs in the rooms. The wifi was awful and only worked properly in the hotel lobby. We also requested extra beds and they gave mattresses with no duvet. Overall bad experience and I left to go somewhere else to stay. They refunded the remaining nights.
