We loved every bit of our stay. There was so much attention to detail, to ensure our comfort, and lots of little touches to make us feel a little special. The pool and beach had ample seating, the beach was clean. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and we cannot wait to return.

Staff attitude was really great with such a nice and serene environment. My daughter and myself really enjoyed the stay. One thing we’d like to suggest for your future consideration is that we would like to have more bath amenities. There were body soaps, shampoos, hair conditioner, snd body lotion. However it seemed you did not have amenities such as comb, hair brush, and face moisturizer.

Danna is a stunning hotel overlooking the sea & the biggest swimming pool I’ve seen in a hotel. The staff are stupendous , always smiling & helpful with anything you need. There are no shops or restaurants nearby so we always dined at the hotel. Overall a brilliant stay.

Absolutely amazing stay - flawless and faultless . The hotel and ground are beautiful as is the location . Quite breathtaking when you see the pool and the beach through the large glass doors when you have a tour on check in . The service is first class and everyone working there are highly professional , friendly and cannot do enough for their guests

Very comfortable & enjoying our stay for 5 days 4 nights. Staff are very friendly & courteousness. Breakfast is delicious with various choices. The downside are the beach water not so clear .. and the room night lights are quite bright, so that we have to turn on the wardrobe light instead.

Ambience can be invasive at times!

The music in the hallways are too loud. We had to request for it to be turned down twice - once outside our room and the other outside the business center. While ambience is important it should not invade rooms. However, housekeeping responded immediately each time in keeping with their overall excellence in response to guest needs.

We stayed at the Danna for two nights. Overall we had a pleasant stay, we particularly liked the spacious room and the incredible view as well as the pool area and kids club. Unfortunately the restaurant’s lunch service was a constant let down with 45min long waiting times. For dinner we only tried the buffet restaurant as we could not afford to wait again to be served with two young children but overall the food was tasty. We are also grateful to Chef for his efforts to rectify the situation when provided with feedback. Overall, we found dining options especially at lunch limited and quite pricey.

Amazing stay in every way

We stayed at the Danna for 5 nights during our trip travelling around Malaysia, it wasn't only the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in Malaysia but its one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Langkawi is an absolutely beautiful island but the location of the Danna is stunning, hotel in general is really special, lovely rooms, beautiful gardens and pool area with a colonial feel throughout. The staff made it really difficult for us to leave - we would have stayed longer if we could have. A very special mention to Salim - the head of food and drinks who constantly went over and above anything we would have expected (he also has some great restaurant recommendations as well - although the food at the hotel is great). Salim's bar team were all great - we had a lot of fun with Danise (pronounced Denis) each evening - him and his team were brilliant. I highly recommend staying here!

一年ぶりの訪問です。スタッフの皆様は、とても親切で、顔を覚えていてくださる方もいたのでうれしかったです。気軽に話しかけてくださいます。特に日本人スタッフのまりこさんには、いろいろとご配慮を頂き、ありがとうございました。誕生日のサプライズもしていただき、感動しました。マリーナサイドのお部屋からは、きれいな朝焼けが見えました。インフィニティプールでは、一日中、読書をしながら、お酒を飲みながら、ゆっくりと過ごすことができます。プールサイドではおやつ（アイスやプリン等）のサービスがあったり、気温に合わせてドリンクの割引をしてくれるサービスもありました。ビーチもとても静かで美しい景色が見られます。朝食のスパークリングワインをテラス席でゆっくりと頂く時間も至福のひと時です。また来年もお邪魔したいと思います。
