"Very good hotel for its star rating. Clean, good decor and facilities. Good shower and effective air-conditioning. Conveniently placed between the railway station and the amphitheatre. Our room had a view of the Rhone. No lift so don't stay here if limited mobility but not a problem for us. Good value."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Brit Hotel Acacias. The staff, check-in, and room were all terrific. Parking was easy, and the hotel is the first building you come to when you walk through the old city walls. Best part of all - they have a decent size elevator! Most of the boutique hotels do not have elevators. We would definitely stay here again."

I guess the bad reviews are either from an earlier period or people don't understand it's a hostel. I was very glad to see a fan spinning in the room at night as it was very hot. Basic but generous breakfast for free. Showers are old but what can you say at this price - unbeatable regarding the prices at this time in Arles. Definitely want to come back. Nice experience. "
