โStaying in Narbonne for holiday and found another great property by the Chateau Lecarrasses family. Never disappointing to see such a beautiful facility with such great views and lovely staff.

โVery pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so. Will certainly return.โ

โBeautiful hotel,spacious room and bathroom, excellent bedding, welcoming staff.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool which was bigger than what we thought based on the pictures.
The courtyard is lovely spacious.
As onsite Parking was full when we checked in, the hotel lent us a discount card for a nearby parking which worked fine for us. Book parking ahead if you prefer to avoid walking.
If I had one recommendation to make would be for the hotel to find a solution for guests...
โPerfect gem! Free parking on site, and the hotel is so relaxing and charming. It keeps the beauty of the old building but updates enough for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, and they spoke perfect English, always a treat. We loved the area and took a few strolls to see some sites at the doorstep. โ

Kindness: The receptionist was so friendly. All the hotel staff we met were greeted with smiles and fluent in English.
Facilities: 5 stars were irresistibly perfect. The lobby on the 0th floor had a welcome drink, so there was a private area on the 1st floor to welcome guests and dine quietly. The restaurant with breakfast access had a sunny swimming pool and the water was extremely clear. The room was perfect, too. Perfect soundproof and air conditioning - impeccable hotel.

โGreat place with nice grounds. They have a nice pool and bar area and a grand piano and a trampoline and a ping-pong table. The rooms were nice with Saltillo tile on the floor.. we enjoyed our stand. We didnโt have any issues.โ
