I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come...

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"Lack of on-site parking for me and having self-disposalof all recyclables were only negatives really. At a half mile from the centre ville where parking was very limited made the place a bit remote. Reception staff were very helpful if not there full time and the room and property were absolutely fine."

"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"

Great location, far enough for quite, but close for most things (10-15 minutes stroll walk). Lots of free to use sports equipment and great facilities to keep you entertained! "New complex with apartments & grounds all in pristine condition. Secure free parking close to apartments and good sized swimming pool with warm water for a change even though it was October. A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...
