They need serious updates, better front desk staff that doesn’t hide in the back or ignore phones. Be sure to have housekeeping double check rooms before marking them clean 濫 Just overall do better in the future.

Its was a horrible trip because the temperature ws so hot that we couldn't go anywhere. I do not want to come back. The people were very. Rude. There was a few that were kind. Not many. Happy to be home now.
