"This is a great hotel for a short overnight stay. One of the things that I noticed is that there is no coffee or tea in the rooms, only in the lobby. This might be a problem for some travellers accustomed to having these amenities in their rooms, especially if they are staying in rooms far from the lobby. I did not find it to be an issue because I was close to the lobby and it did not bother me to leave my room to get my morning beverage.
The hotel is close to many food vendors and restaurants and is an easy drive or walk to the Uniplex and arena. Downtown is a fifteen-minute walk, which is lovely in the summer."

"The room we were in requires some maintenance. The door would not shut tight as there was a screw missing in lock and needs adjusting. You could see light coming in the lower left. Since it was a kitchenette, the kitchen sink was not mounted to the counter, just floated. I also noted there was No smoke detector in the room."
