Ive stayed here a few times a year for several years. Floor was not cleaned in kitchen area, crumbs and possibly dog food. Bathroom sink drain stopper stuck in closed position. However maintenance came right away and got it opened. Shower and bed linens clean. A/C worked. Breakfast buffet well stocked. Pleasant trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was okay - they were late serving it so we had to rush through it to get where we needed to be in the morning. The room was really nice and clean. The pool was a little bit chilly and if you have multiple kids it gets REALLY loud in there. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed ourselves. It met our needs for our one night stay.

We have stayed at this Staybridge a few times this year when visiting family. The rooms have been very good each visit with the exception of the shower. Every time, the shower appears to have not been cleaned. There was excessive amounts of long black hair one time, actual blood another time, and either soap or shampoo build up every time. We like the location and the amenities of the hotel but cannot understand why they do not clean their showers better (or at all).

Room was clean except for the shower. Shower walls had to be missed when it was cleaned because there was a lot of long black hair on the walls. I mean A LOT! I wiped down the walls as the tub and toilet were clean as was the rest of the room.
