"Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice."

"Very unique place. Beautiful room. Amazing location. Breakfast on the terrace Staff absolutely wonderful If I’m ever back in Bordeaux this is where I will stay."

"Amazing hotel. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast and Anthony is so friendly & helpful. "

"One of the most beautiful b&b homes we have ever visited. The host Richard and Tony “soccer star” were wonderful and the location could not be better being so close to the Jardin Public and Centre Ville. Lovely breakfast every day. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay chez le Clos d’emile!"

"Très déçu par cette nuitée, chambre encombrée et très petite, une couette sans draps de dessus donc il faut complètement ce découvrir si trop chaud, le bac à douche d’environ 70 cm au carré est vraiment ridicule à notre époque sans compter une paroi de douche que coulisse avec grande difficulté et pour couronner le tout impossible de ce garer dans le quartier, nous avons fait trois fois le tour pour trouver une place de parking à plus de 500 m de notre chambre "

"it was difficult to find (at night) . GPS was correctly leading to hotel, but it had no signs. Finally, we found it in an inside garden. very friendly welcome."

"The hotel room was absolutely amazing. So beautifully decorated and high quality furniture and thoughtful design. The balcony was very cool aswell. The hotel is ideally located with perfect access to trams and restaurants and bars. Fabrice was very welcoming and met with us each morning and served us breakfast. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in in France."

"2 nights stay and although we booked b&b we were able to book dinner on the evening we arrived. The hosts were charming and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and accessible, even on the first floor via a very narrow staircase. As 80 year olds we were cautious on the stairs but no problems. The breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location was perfect for us. We were able to visit the chateaux of the Listrac and also Pauillac very easily."
