Our wedding rings got stolen from our hotel room by a staff member and all they said was they would investigate the issue the give me a call for an update. They never contacted me or reached out to me and gave me no answer when I reached out to them.

The room was clean and spacious, the location is very convenient, and parking lot is big, but since is close to the border many people hauling a trailer with their truck and tent to take lots lf space so try to get there early

Property is well maintained but I am afraid that we ended up with a room awaiting upgrades. The Security Guard was very rude and not welcoming. That was after we drove past him while he was distracted on the phone and he started yelling in an aggressive manner. Male person at front desk was welcoming. Individuals drinking in the parking area would be a no-return to property for us.

Asked for a room on ground floor and got 4 to floor, asked for a room with one bed and a sofa and got a room with two beds and no sofa and the answer was oh well that is all we have. The price on Expedia wasn’t the price charged. My bad choice won’t repeat
