"The place was beautiful and the staff at the reception was super friendly.The indoor pool was freezing and the maintenance crew was super rude. We have 3 children & when we travel we make sure they are happy and comfortable so we can also enjoy and relax. Next the a/c in our suite never worked. We stayed 2 nights.
